What should I bring on a boat trip in Mallorca?
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and sunglasses. We provide snorkel gear,
water and shade. Bring a light layer for sunset trips. It drops a few degrees once the
sun goes.

Can Pastilla and Palma city for the bay tours, Port d’Andratx and Sant Elm
for Dragonera. We send a map pin with your confirmation. Be there 15 minutes before.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If we cancel because
of weather, you get a full refund or another day, your choice.

Can children come on the boat?
Yes, and they usually love it. Under 2s sail free and we carry child-size
life jackets in every size. Buggies stay ashore.

What if I get seasick?
The Bay of Palma is sheltered and morning trips are the flattest of the
day, which is why we point nervous first-timers there. Take a tablet an hour before if
you’re prone to it, sit at the back and look at the coast rather than the deck.

What language does the crew speak?
English, Spanish and German. Sa Calma is Mallorcan for “the calm”, so
you’ll hear a bit of Catalan on board too.
