we are looking for a skipper for a family-run boat excursion company.

📍 Location: Andratx and Palma
💼 Position: Passenger boat skipper (harbor or offshore license with engine module)
📅 Contract: Permanent seasonal (fijo discontinuo)
🔹 Mandatory certifications:
- Harbor Skipper License (at minimum)
- Basic STCW Training
- Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (other than fast rescue boats)
- Passenger Ships Safety Training
- Elementary First Aid
- Restricted or General Radio Operator Certificate
- ISM Medical Certificate
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of English (other languages are a plus)
